Freight and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bare Antlers. We are pleased to offer freight and delivery services within Canada. Please review the following terms for shipping and delivery:

1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. We do not ship to international locations at this time.

2. Freight Charges

Freight charges are subject to change based on the size, weight, and destination of the items in your order. The final freight charges will be calculated and communicated to you at the time of checkout or shipping.

3. Pickup Option

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, pickup is available upon request. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange pickup details and confirm availability.

4. Wholesale Freight Notification

If your order requires freight shipment (for bulk or wholesale orders), you will be notified of the wholesale freight charges. The charges will be provided for approval before shipping your order.

5. Regular Mail Shipping

For smaller items eligible to be sent via regular mail (Canada Post or equivalent), shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping. You will be notified of any additional charges or credits before your order is processed.

Please note the following:

• Items shipped via regular mail are not trackable.
• The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages or loss during transit when using regular mail shipping.

6. Damages or Loss

For orders shipped via regular mail, we are unable to offer tracking or insurance. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss, or delays. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and for any potential issues related to their delivery.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please allow additional time for shipping to remote areas.
